Veggie Nut Pate

This versatile dip was inspired by one of our favorite customers! Serve at a party or perfect for snacking!

Yield: 
1½ - 1¾ Cups
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup onions
  • ¾ cup organic carrots
  • ¼ cup liquid aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
  • ½ teaspoon asafetida
Instructions: 
  1. Soak the nuts in enough water to cover. Refrigerate overnight. Rinse nuts thoroughly and drain.
  2. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Chill for 1 hour. Serve as a dip with an assortment of sliced organic veggies. Enjoy!
