Hazelnut Milk recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup raw hazelnuts, soaked overnight
  • ¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 2-3 pitted Medjool dates, soaked overnight
  • 3 ½ cups water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Over a bowl, pour milk into a nut milk bag. Gently squeeze milk bag.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!
