Ingredients: 
  • 3 medium avocados, pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼-½ teaspoon cayenne powder (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: 
  1. Scoop avocado into food processor.
  2. Add vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Great served over Black Bean Patties or as a vegetable dip. Enjoy!
