- ½ cup flax seed oil
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic or raspberry vinegar
- 2½ Tablespoons liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
- ½ cup nutritional yeast powder or flakes
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Dressing can be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks in a jar with a lid. Enjoy!
