Balsamic Vinaigrette

A rich and savory dressing for green-based or pasta salads. Dijon mustard adds a delicious creaminess.

3/4 cup dressing

  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon each ground celery seed and garlic powder
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, or shake in a jar until creamy and emulsified.
  2. Let stand for about an hour before serving, to let flavors meld. This will keep in the fridge for a very long time! Enjoy drizzled on salads, sautéed vegetables, or pastas.
