- ½ cup olive oil cup cold pressed olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup tamari or another soy sauce
- ½ a large cabbage, sliced finely
- ½ cup of sunflower seeds, lightly toasted
- ½ cup of sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- ½ cup of almonds, lightly toasted (optional)
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small jar.
- Pour the seeds over the cabbage. Massage in the dressing and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
