We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Baker. As a Lead Baker you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the bakery's daily operations, managing the production process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. Experience
Lead Baker, Clerk III -
- Minimum of six months of baking experience.
- Kitchen equipment knowledge and good knife skills preferred.
- Previous natural foods retail experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing recipes and basic measurements.
- Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
Starting Pay
- Lead Baker, Clerk III – $20 per hour
