We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Barista Cashier. In this dual role you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate checkout services to our customers while delivering excellent customer service and hand-crafted beverages. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, and creating incredible guest experiences that embody the true spirit of aloha. Prior food or coffee service is helpful but not required, we offer on-the-job training and mentorship.
Experience
Barista Cashier, Clerk I - Prior cash-handling and/or cashiering experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing basic math skills.
- Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
Starting Pay
- Barista Cashier, Clerk I – $16 per hour
