New Year's Resolutions In Progress

We’re more than halfway through January, and it’s time to check in on those goals we made on the 1st. Whether your resolution was to detox monthly, eat healthier & organic foods, increase your fitness activity, or to learn a new hobby, we're here to offer some tips on how to stay motivated throughout 2022. At the end of the year, you’ll not only be proud of yourself for sticking to your resolutions, but you’ll also be able to expand those goals going into 2023!

  1. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
    There’s no better way to keep striving for your goals than tracking your progress. Directly seeing your results will motivate you to keep going. Over time, you’ll start to see small successes and eventually these will become big successes!
  2. FREQUENTLY REWARD YOURSELF
    Life is all about balance and having fun! It doesn’t hurt to reward yourself and indulge after a period of working hard toward your goals. This could mean taking a trip to Down to Earth and buying that pint of ice cream you’ve been eyeing, or getting that Andalou Naturals skin care item you’ve been wanting for a while.
  3. PLAN YOUR WEEK AHEAD OF TIME
    This suggestion is crucial for reaching those goals.   4. BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF
    We all have bad days. Don’t beat yourself up if you have an off day. Instead, realize that your mind and body require a rest day. Rest days are the perfect way to reassess and recharge for the days to come. On these days, remind yourself that you’re fully capable of reaching your 2022 goals, and that this rest day won’t get in the way of that.
  5. DON’T GIVE UP
    Most importantly, never give up on yourself. You made your New Year's resolutions for a reason, because at that moment you knew you had what it took to successfully reach victory!
