Ginger Rush
What You’ll Need:- 8oz Big Island Organics Gingerade Maté
- 3 oz club soda or sparkling water
- 6-10 mint leaves
- 2 oz agave nectar
- ½ lime
Directions:
Muddle, or gently mash, lime, mint and agave nectar to release their juices in a chilled glass, add ice, pour Gingerade Maté and top with club soda. -
Beach Bum
What You’ll Need:- 3 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz tonic water
Directions:
Add ice to a glass, pour cranberry juice over ice, followed by pineapple juice. Top drink with tonic water. -
Sparkling Pear
What You’ll Need:- 1 ½ cups RW Knudsen Family Sparkling Pear
- 4 oz Pear juice
- 1 tbsp Tonic Water
- 3-4 Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp Cinnamon for rim
- 1 tbsp Agave for rim
Directions:
Dip the top of the glass in agave and then spin the top around in cinnamon. Muddle pear juice and basil until the scent of basil comes through. Next, pour sparkling pear and top with tonic water. Garnish with a pear slice and basil leaf.
