Miso Dip

This dip pairs perfectly with our Spicy Nori Cauliflower Wings.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup miso
- 1 package firm tofu (silken)
- 1” fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 1 Tablespoon mirin
- 1 Tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ - ½ cup pineapple (depending on desired sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ginger and pineapple are broken down.
- Taste and adjust spiciness and sweetness as desired.
- Serve as a side with veggies or with spicy nori cauliflower wings, enjoy!
