Apple & Mango Jam

This jam is perfect for Fall. The spices combine perfectly with apple and mango.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds apples, peeled, cored, and pureed
- 1 pound mango peeled and diced
- 2 cups raw cane sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Place puréed apples into a saucepan and add the sugar, lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and cloves.
- Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring often.
- Reduce heat and simmer, still stirring, until purée thickens and holds its shape on a spoon
- Let cool and store in mason jar for up to 1 week.
