Beet & Apple Juice
Juices are great for breakfast - liquids in the morning are easier on the digestive system. They help to cleanse the body and start your day off with a spring in your step.

Ingredients
- 1 small beet, peeled
- 5 carrots
- 2 apples, cored
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Special Materials: Juice Extractor
Instructions
- Place all ingredients through a juice extractor. stir and serve immediately.
- If you don't have a juicer, you can also use the same ingredients to make a smoothie. Steam the beet, carrot, and celery until tender. Let cool. Mix with remaining ingredients along with ice in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
