Sensational Seedmilk Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped pitted dates
- 2 cups home made Sunflower Seed Milk
- 3-4 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ cup sliced banana
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cover dates with water and soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy smooth.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
