Ingredients
- 64 ounces apple juice
- 32 ounces pear juice
- 32 ounces water
- 5 cinnamon sticks, broken up
- 5 whole star anise seeds
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed
- Peel of 1 orange
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, bring all ingredients to a boil, then lower heat.
- Simmer uncovered over medium-low heat for 1 hour. Serve warm in a punchbowl. Enjoy!
