Ingredients
  • 64 ounces apple juice
  • 32 ounces pear juice
  • 32 ounces water
  • 5 cinnamon sticks, broken up
  • 5 whole star anise seeds
  • 2 cardamom pods, crushed
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. In a large stockpot, bring all ingredients to a boil, then lower heat.
  2. Simmer uncovered over medium-low heat for 1 hour. Serve warm in a punchbowl. Enjoy!
