Raw Granola
Raw Granola recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup coconut
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup raw agave nectar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract* or raw vanilla powder
- 1½ Tablespoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
*Not a raw product
Special Materials: Dehydrator
Instructions
- Place all nuts, seeds and coconut flakes in a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
- Place nut mixture in a large bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.
- Drain and rinse.
- Place back in bowl and mix in agave, salt, and cinnamon.
- Set dehydrator to 105º.
- Place mixture on Teflex sheets. Spread out evenly across sheets. Dehydrate for 12- 18 hours. Enjoy!
