  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • Stevia to taste
  • ¼ cup dried coconut flakes


  1. Combine mango, coconut milk, chia seeds, and stevia in large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight. Chia will expand and become gelatinous. Serve with coconut flakes sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
