Coconut Milk Yogurt

Purchasing ready-made yogurt can be expensive. Making your own yogurt saves money, tastes amazing, and let’s be honest – sounds pretty impressive.

Ingredients
- 2 quarts coconut milk (additive-free)
- Yogurt starter culture
Optional add-ins:
- Vanilla Extract
- Maple Syrup
- Agave Nectar
Instructions
- Heat milk to 110̊. Remove from heat.
- Add yogurt starter culture to milk.
- Transfer yogurt to culture container.*
- Allow yogurt to rest 24-48 hours.
- Transfer yogurt to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Serve with granola or muesli, Enjoy!
*Yogurt should be held at 108̊-110̊. This can be done in a crockpot on low, or left to rest at room temperature (with no a/c).
