This nice cream is the perfect way to unwind on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 1/4 cup pineapple, peeled, cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • Juice of one lime
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add blended mixture to a freezer-safe container and let freeze overnight
  3. Garnish with a piece of pineapple or mint leaves and enjoy!
