Raw Pecan Pie w/ Raw Mac Nut Whip Cream
It doesn't get any easier than this pie for instant holiday magic! A great option to make a few ahead of time to bring to parties. The Raw Mac Nut Whip Cream is divine on its own so make extra to put on top of your other favorite desserts. As seen on Living808!

Ingredients
Crust:
- ½ cup almonds, soaked 12 hours up to overnight
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling:
- 1 cup pecans, soaked 6-8 hours and drained
- 1 cup dried mission figs, soaked 3-4 hours and drained
- 2 bananas
- ¼ cup pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract* or ½ teaspoon raw vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Garnish
- Whole pecans
- Pitted dates
Raw Mac Nut Whip Cream
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup coconut nectar
- 3 Tablespoons water + more if needed
Instructions
- Process all Crust ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Press into a 9” pie pan.
- Prepare Filling: Process the pecans, figs, bananas and dates in a food processor until well combined.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; process until well combined.
- Pour Filling into Crust, and decorate with whole pecans and dates. Chill for 2-3 hours or until firm before serving.
- While your Pecan Pie is chilling, make your Mac Nut Whip Cream. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until whipped. Add more water if needed. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
- Add as much Raw Mac Nut Whip Cream on top of your Pecan Pie as you like. Serve and enjoy!
