Vegan Pumpkin Pie

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup soy milk or any other non-dairy milk
- ⅓ cup corn starch
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
