Mac Nut Cheese Sauce
This delicious raw vegan cheese sauce was adapted from Chef Raw Mama T who often does raw food workshops here in Honolulu.
Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- ½ cup red or yellow bell pepper
- Juice 1 lemon
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 2-3 Tablespoons noni juice
- 1 Tablespoon coconut nectar
- ½ cup water, more as needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place Ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
