Sesame Tahini Dressing

This recipe is a very good source of calcium. It's a great dip for veggies or crackers, or as a dressing for salads or pasta.
Yield
2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce or miso
- 2 Tablespoons honey, sugar or maple syrup
- ½ cup sesame tahini, raw or roasted
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil or 2 Tablespoons fresh
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
