Green Goddess Dressing
This recipe tastes delicious on salads and veggie patties like our Baked Quinoa and Cannellini Bean Patties.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, soaked 1 hour
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- ½ cup avocado
- ½ cup plain soy yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon liquid aminos
- Pinch of cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
- Serve on your favorite salad, veggie burgers or patties. Enjoy!
