Rosemary Yams
This recipe is so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 yams, scrubbed and sliced ¼" thick
- 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brush yam slices with olive oil.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
- Bake at for approximately 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
