Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 cucumbers finely diced
- 1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms
- 1 cup peanuts
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- Dressing:
- ¼ cup shoyu
- 3 Tablespoons brown rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Mirin
- 3 Tablespoons agave
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon diced shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tablespoons grated ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 Tablespoons gomasio
Instructions
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine all Dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour Dressing over salad and top with gomasio. Serve and enjoy!
