Deli Supervisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team. The Deli Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, to include managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Experience

Deli Supervisor, Clerk III -

  • Minimum of six months of previous supervising experience preferred.
  • Minimum of six months previous cooking experience, good knife skills preferred. 
  • Basic cooking, able to follow recipes and measurements accurately. 
  • Previous natural foods retail experience preferred. 

Skills

  • Each food beverage or bakery item has its own story. Learn basic knowledge of all food, beverage or bakery item. Ability to describe them and assist customers with recommendations. 
  • Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.

Starting Pay

  • Deli Supervisor, Clerk III – $20 per hour
